Hi, I’m Desiree. I’m 36 years old, a single mom of two, and I’m from the Philippines. I’ve been working here in Hong Kong for almost 10 years now. Right now, I work for a family with two adults and a 2-year-old daughter, and I’ve been with them for about a year and 7 months. My job includes cooking meals, doing the grocery shopping, laundry, housework, and taking care of their daughter. I play with her, take her to playdates, and go to the park with her. Unfortunately, my contract will be terminated because my employers are having financial issues, and I will be released on August 5, 2026.
