DIANNE GRACE

My name is Dianne Grace, I'm 36 years old, and I'm married with two kids, a 17-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy. I worked for 2 years in Saudi Arabia and I've been in Hong Kong for 9 years. I’ve been with my current employer, a Chinese family with 2 adults and 1 child, for 2 years now. My contract will finish on November 27, 2026.

During my time here, I've learned how to cook simple Chinese dishes and soups. I've also become good at managing my time and doing household chores as per my employer's instructions. In my previous job, I mainly took care of a child, making sure I prepared everything they needed for school in advance. I plan meals based on what they like for the next day and I help send them to school, reminding them about activities they need to attend and managing their schedule. I've also learned a lot about being patient and staying calm, even in tough situations, so I can think positively and come up with solutions.
