Elaizabeth

Good day, madam/sir.

My name is Elizabeth, and I’m 39 years old and from the Philippines. I have three kids: two daughters and one son. My eldest is 14 years old, my second daughter is 10, and my son is just a year and a half old. I worked in Dubai for 8 years with one employer, where I did cleaning, washing clothes, taking care of the rooms, washing cars, and cooking, although my cooking experience is mostly frying.

I've been in Hong Kong for almost 2 months now, and I was planning to break my contract because I’m not getting enough sleep or food. My employer often shouts, and it's hard for me to manage since I finish work at 1 AM and have to wake up at 5 AM. There was even a time when my employer pushed me, which really concerns me. I am breaking my contract, and last working day is December 31, 2026, and I’m looking for a new employer.
