Hi, I’m Elsa, and I’m 41 years old. I've been living and working in Hong Kong for 17 years now, and I take pride in being someone who is trustworthy and works hard. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with different families. I started off with a Chinese family that had four adults, and I stayed with them for four years. Then, I spent two years with an elderly Chinese couple. After that, I worked for a couple who had one child for about seven months. My next job was with a Western couple and their child, and I was with them for a year until they moved away. Most recently, I was caring for an elderly person for seven years and five months until they passed away. I also worked with a Western family that had four adults for a year and a half. I’ll be released from my current job on July 2 because the husband, who had Alzheimer’s, has passed away, and his wife and daughter are moving to France. Now, I’m looking for a new position. I have a strong background in cooking, especially Chinese cuisine, and I’m excited about the chance to learn more Western recipes as well. Thanks for taking the time to read my introduction.
