Dear Employer,
My name is Floremil, I'm 38 years old, married, and I have 4 children.
I started my first job in Hong Kong from March 2015 to March 2019 with a family of five. There were two adults, a mother and a father, and three kids aged 8, 4, and 7 months. I worked with them for four years, but they couldn't afford to pay me for long service. So, we both decided it was best for me to find a new employer. They were really helpful and referred me to another family.
My second job was with a Chinese-French family from March 2019 to March 2021. At first, it was just the mother, father, and their newborn. Then, after six months, my lady boss got pregnant again, and I ended up taking care of two kids. The pandemic made things really tough, and once my contract ended, I returned to the Philippines. I found a friend to take my place while I was away.
I've maintained a good relationship with my previous employers. They encouraged me to keep in touch because they said they would help me find a job when I wanted to come back to Hong Kong.
After three years, I decided to return, and they wrote me a reference letter, which helped me get hired again.
Right now, my current contract ends on May 25, 2026.
