Hi, I’m Gigilyn. I’m 34 years old and from the Philippines. I’m a mom to two kids, and I’ve been working as a domestic helper for almost seven years now.

I spent two years in the Middle East and then nearly five years here in Hong Kong. My contract with my current employer finishes on August 8, 2026.

Here in Hong Kong, I haven’t really made a lot of friends. Honestly, I prefer to spend my holidays alone because it helps me relax and clear my mind. Plus, it keeps me away from any negative influences—though I know not all friends are like that.
