Dear future employer,

My name is Glenda, and I’m 53 years old. I have 19 years of experience as a domestic helper, including over 2 years with my current employer here in Hong Kong. I take care of one adult and one child. My main tasks include grocery shopping, cooking meals, doing household chores, and taking the kid to school and activities. Due to some personal reasons, I’m planning to break my contract, but I can leave as soon as I find a new employer.

I would say I’m hardworking and dedicated to my job. I always make sure the work is done by the end of the day. I believe that honesty is really important, and good communication between the employee and employer is key to a positive working relationship. Even though I’m in my 50s, I’m physically strong and healthy. After many years of working in Hong Kong, I feel very familiar with the people and the culture here.
