Hyacinth Christine

My name is Hycinth, 48 years old, and Filipino. I have worked with an Australian family for about 10 years, taking care of two kids, from zero to 12 years old, and also their two dogs and one cat. My responsibilities have included gardening, cooking, and all the household chores. Before that, I spent 2 years with a British family, looking after three teenagers aged 12 to 16 and two dogs as well. I did a lot of cooking, preparing three different types of meals: one for the parents, another for the younger child, and a vegetarian option for the middle child. I also managed all the household chores. Most recently, I worked for a Swedish family, where I took care of two dogs, giving them special feeding like they were babies.
