Hello, I’m Ireen. I’ve been working as a domestic helper here in Hong Kong for almost 13 years. Right now, I’ve been with my current employer for about 11 months. I’m thinking of breaking my contract because I’m having a hard time with the daily dog walks. My feet often ache, and I really need to take care of my health. Also, I share this house with a coworker, and sometimes it’s tough because of her attitude. I try my best to be patient with her rudeness and the things she says, and I want to avoid conflicts whenever I can, but sometimes it gets overwhelming.
