Jarlyn

Hello everyone, I’m Jarlyn from the Philippines. I’m 37 years old and I have three wonderful kids – a 20-year-old son, an 18-year-old daughter, and a 16-year-old son. I worked in Abu Dhabi from 2014 to 2016. While I was there, I didn’t do much cooking since my employer was a stay-at-home mom who handled that. My job was mainly to take care of her kids and clean their 15-room house. I finished my two-year contract and then worked in the Philippines for a year and a half as a promoter. In 2018, I made the decision to come to Hong Kong, where I’ve been working with my current employer ever since. I started taking care of her daughter when she was just 2 years old, and now she’s almost 10! I also take care of her younger brother, who is almost 6. He’s really smart and super adorable. I don’t want to leave them, but I need to find a job with a better salary since my two kids are in college now. I consider myself patient and hardworking, as I’ve been in Hong Kong for 8 years.
