Hello! My name is Jemima. I am a 38-year-old single mother with two children: a 20-year-old son and a 16-year-old daughter. I have been working as a domestic worker for nearly seven years.
My first experience as a domestic helper was in Singapore, where I worked from 2016 to 2019. During this time, my primary responsibilities included caring for two young children, aged 2.5 years and just 26 days old. Additionally, I managed household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, washing clothes, ironing, and grocery shopping.
After my time in Singapore, I moved to Hong Kong, where I began working in November 2021 and continued until June 2023. I performed similar duties as I did in Singapore, providing care for a 3-year-old boy alongside the household chores. In July 2023, I started a new position, which I am finishing on July 14, 2025.
