Jenalyn

My name is Jenalyn, and I am 37 years old, originally from the Philippines. I am currently working in Hong Kong. Before moving here, I worked for over five years in Dubai, UAE, for a family with two children.

My journey in Hong Kong began in 2015 with my first employer, a couple with a teenage son, for whom I worked for four years. As their helper, my responsibilities included cooking simple Chinese and occasionally Filipino dishes, cleaning, marketing, washing, ironing as needed, and assisting my employer in caring for their pets, which included fish, birds, and a turtle. I enjoyed working with this family as they were kind and supportive, allowing me to work independently without much supervision.

In 2019, I started working for my second employer, and I will be finishing my time with them on August 20. They are a family of four, comprising two couples and two children aged 3 and 6. My duties here include cooking, cleaning, marketing, tutoring, and, most importantly, taking care of the three-year-old boy.

I consider myself a trustworthy helper with patience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions. I work independently and pride myself on my honesty. I hope to find my next employer here soon.
