Joan

Hello, my name is Joan. I am 36 years old, single, and the proud mother of one daughter. I began working in Hong Kong on April 22, 2024, and my employment ended on March 27, 2025, due to unsatisfactory work performance. My flight back to the Philippines is scheduled for April 8, 2025.

During my 11 months of employment, I cared for a family consisting of two adults and two girls, aged 5 and 10. My responsibilities included looking after the children, preparing healthy and nutritious meals, and taking them to and from school. I also accompanied them to extracurricular activities and ensured their safety throughout the day. As a mother, I genuinely love caring for children.

In addition to childcare, I was responsible for cooking (primarily simple dishes, though I am exploring more Chinese cuisine), grocery shopping, keeping the household organized, doing laundry, ironing, and taking care of a small puppy. I am a flexible individual who can work independently.

I consider myself a happy, trustworthy, hardworking, kind, calm person who is easy to work with. My time in Hong Kong over the past 11 months has been a significant learning experience, helping me grow into a strong and independent woman.
