Hi there! I’m Joan, and I’m 35 years old. I’ve been working here in Hong Kong since 2014 and have been with the same family the whole time. I’ve taken care of twin babies—a boy and a girl—from the day they were born, and they’re about to turn 12 now! So, it’s also been 12 years that I’ve been their helper.
