Hello, ma'am and sir. My name is Joana Marie, but you can call me "Jo." I’m 29 years old and from the Philippines. I’ve been working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong for 2 years and 3 months with my current employer. They have 5 members in their family, 2 adults and 3 children. I started working for them in February 2024 until now. I handle household chores and take care of the kids. Unfortunately, my employer is relocating out of Hong Kong, so they’ve decided to terminate my contract, and I will be released on July 31, 2026.
