I’ve been a domestic helper for 19 years, spending 6 years and 4 months in the UAE, and the rest of my time here in Hong Kong with different employers. Right now, I'm working for a family with 2 adults and 3 kids, and I've been with them for almost a year. My employer has decided to terminate my contract because they are moving out of Hong Kong, and I will be released on July 31, 2026.
