Joyce Divine

Hello, I’m Joyce, 24 years old. I’m currently in Hong Kong, working as a domestic helper for a little over a month now. I take care of a family with seven members: two grandparents, a sister-in-law, a 2-year-old girl, a 3-month-old baby girl, and their parents. I cook lunch and dinner for them, look after the kids, and handle all the household chores. I also take the older child to school and bring her home, tuck her in at night, and make her milk. Because of some personal reasons, I’m planning to break my contract, but I can leave anytime once I find a new employer. Before this, I worked as a local helper in the Philippines for two years, where I took care of two children and a baby, as well as supporting two adults and a grandfather. I prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner, went grocery shopping, did some gardening, and took care of a cat and a dog. I’m a hardworking, honest, trustworthy person, and I really enjoy what I do.
