Ma. Gerlena

My name is Gerlena, 43 years old, and Filipino. I’ve been living and working in Hong Kong for 18 years now. My first job was with a Chinese family where I worked for 4 years, and my main responsibility was taking care of their only daughter, who is now 7 years old. I also helped with marketing, cooking, housekeeping, and washing the car. For my current job, I’ve been with them for the past 14 years. Unfortunately, they don’t need my help anymore since the kids have grown up. I'll finish my contract on August 12, 2025, and I'm looking for a new employer. As for my personality, I consider myself a very positive person. I’m cheerful, trustworthy, hardworking, and self-driven. I love to cook and can follow a recipe easily. I’m also a big pet lover! On top of that, I’m quite active and enjoy sports. I’m part of a dragon boat team and have been paddling for over 8 years now. I also really enjoy trail running and sometimes participate in races here in Hong Kong.
