My name is Teresa, 35 years old, and Filipino. Based on my work experience in Kuwait, I spent 2 years there. It wasn’t easy since it was my first time working in an Arab country, but I’m really thankful. I got to take care of a wonderful baby boy, and I was lucky to find a good employer. My main job in Kuwait was taking care of the baby, and whenever I had some extra time, I would handle the house chores as well.

Now, here in Hong Kong, my experience as a domestic helper has been quite challenging. I take care of my employers' child since both of them work every day. I’m in charge of the house, and I manage the budget for groceries and other household needs. I also keep track of all the expenses. In addition, I sometimes go to pick the child up from school while waiting for him to finish. I'll finish my contract on September 26, 2026. I am looking for a new meployer.
