Hi Ma'am/Sir, good day! I’m Ma. Theresa, and I’m 46 years old from the Philippines. I’m a mother of two kids; my son is 20 and my daughter is 19. My first time working abroad was in Lebanon, where I took care of twin boys who were 3 years old for almost 4 years. I managed household cleaning, laundry, and ironing during that time. Now, I’ve been in Hong Kong for almost eleven years, since 2015. My first job here was taking care of 2 dogs and 3 adults, along with doing house cleaning, ironing, and laundry. In my second job, I cared for 1 dog and 4 adults, which included cleaning the house, washing the car, laundry, ironing, and some gardening. For my third job, I looked after 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 cat. I focused on cleaning, cooking, and marketing for about 8 months before they moved to the UK. Right now, I’m working for a family with 2 adults and 2 girls, aged 13 and 9. My tasks include washing the car, ironing, cleaning the house, marketing, cooking, and picking up the kids from their school bus. My current employer is a Hong Kong-Japanese couple with a 7-year-old kid. I started my contract with them on April 13, 2026, and I've been here for almost 5 months. However, my employer has informed me that they will be terminating my contract due to relocation. My contract will end on October 3, 2026. My current employer is happy to provide a reference for me.
