Hi, I’m Mae, 31 years old, and I'm from the Philippines. I'm a single mom and have been working as a domestic helper for about 7 years. I spent nearly 5 years in Saudi Arabia and then 2 years and 3 months in Qatar. Right now, I'm in Hong Kong, where I’ve been working as a domestic helper for a month with my current employer. I take care of 3 adults and 1 child, and my duties include cooking, cleaning the house, marketing, ironing clothes, and taking the kid to school.
