Hi, I’m Mae. I’m 41 years old and a single mom to one child from the Philippines. I have over 6 years of experience as a domestic helper, working in different countries. I spent about 2 years and 7 months in Kuwait, and then 4 years in Qatar. In Kuwait, I took care of kids, picking them up from school and feeding them, and I did the same in Qatar.

Right now, I’m in Hong Kong, where I've been with my current employer for a little over 2 months. I look after two boys, ages 11 and 9. However, I've decided to break my contract because my employer no longer needs a helper since she quit her job and will take care of the kids herself. My last working day will be November 27, 2026.
