Manilyn

I'm Manilyn, 39 years old, and I'm married with three kids. I started working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong back in 2014 for a Korean family. I took care of two children, a 2-year-old boy and a newborn. My tasks included household chores, basic cooking (I often learn new recipes through YouTube), marketing, ironing, laundry, cleaning the house, and childcare. I would read books to the kids, do fun activities with them, and pick them up from school or other activities. I completed two contracts with them by 2018, and I received a good reference letter. After that, I worked for a British and Korean couple with a newborn baby for two years (2018-2020). I finished that contract well, too.

Then my first employer contacted me, wanting me to return to their family (a Korean family of four). I started working for them again in 2020, and I'm still with them today, but I'm looking for a new employer as they are relocating to the U.S. so they had to terminate my contract and I will be released on June 30, 2026. They have promised to give me a reference letter and are happy to take calls from anyone interested in hiring me.

I really hope to find a new employer who will treat me well, just like my previous ones. I have my own room, no curfew on holidays, and I eat properly, which helps me take care of my work throughout the day. I'm hardworking, trustworthy, honest, and have a bubbly personality. I’m always ready to learn new things, and I'm good at following instructions. I keep notes on paper or my phone if needed. When it comes to work, I take it seriously. For example, I clean the house thoroughly to finish my tasks on time. I love kids and will care for them like my own. I’m committed to teaching them educational activities, singing nursery rhymes, reading books, and playing with them. I would be happy to join your family. Thank you!
