Mardy

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Mardy, and I’m 41 years old. I’ve been a domestic helper for 17 years. I spent 3 of those years in Jordan and 2 years in the UAE, but most of my time has been in Hong Kong, where I’ve worked for different employers. Right now, I’m working with a family of five, 2 adults and 3 kids and I’ve been with them for almost 2 years. My main responsibilities include cooking, housekeeping, and taking care of the kids. My current contract will finish on October 2, 2026, and I’m now looking for a new employer.

Aside from caring for the family and managing the household, I have formal private training and I continue to study culinary arts on my own. I can prepare a variety of dishes, including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Mediterranean, and Western cuisines. I also enjoy baking and often create new recipes to meet different dietary needs and preferences. I’m very self-motivated and can work independently without much supervision. I always try to take the initiative to finish tasks efficiently and to handle any needs that come up. Thank you!
