My name is Maria Eva, and I'm 36 years old, from the Philippines. I am a single mother to three kids. Right now, I'm working as a nanny/helper here in Hong Kong, taking care of a 2-year-old girl and a 4-year-old boy. I’ve been with them for almost two years, and my contract will finish on November 7, 2026.

Before this, I worked in Kuwait as a domestic helper for three years. My tasks included cooking healthy meals for kids, shopping for groceries, and doing household chores like cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, making beds, sanitizing the bathroom, washing clothes, and more. I even spent seven months as a cleaner in a hotel in Kuwait. My main focus is always on the kids—bathing them, changing diapers, feeding them nutritious food, taking them to school, and helping them with their homework. I also enjoy playing educational games with them, like counting, drawing, coloring, and reading books. I believe that singing and dancing with them, even if I'm not the best dancer, helps boost their confidence and makes our time together fun.
