Maria victoria

Hello to all the employers out there! My name is Maria Victoria, but you can just call me Mariam. I'm from the Philippines. I have worked in Middle Eastern countries like Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates, and I've completed my contracts there. Currently, I'm in Hong Kong working as a domestic helper. My employers are Chinese, and I take care of their 5-year-old daughter. I help her get to school every day and take her to her activities, like ballet, taekwondo, swimming, and even ukulele lessons. I also help her with her English homework and some projects.

Aside from that, I do household tasks like deep cleaning the house, including the toilets, kitchen surfaces, bedrooms, windows, and doors. I wash their clothes, some by hand, especially the cashmere items. I enjoy cooking and baking, and I've learned to make simple meals like bread, cakes, pizza, and muffins. With my nine years of experience in the Middle East, I’ve developed a passion for cooking, especially Arabic dishes like biryani, kabuli, salona, machboos, and kabsa, along with salads like tabbouleh and fattoush. I can also make shawarma with my own flatbread, as well as simple cakes. I've also learned some Chinese dishes, like stir-fried vegetables, meats, prawns, soups, and pasta.

My contract will end on August 5, 2026, and I’m looking for a kind and considerate employer. Ideally, I would prefer to work for a Western family. I want to offer my loyalty and trustworthiness, and I believe my personality is kind-hearted. I can manage my time independently and I'm flexible. Even though I’m 47 years old, I’m still strong and active. I’m just hoping to find a good employer who I can stay with for at least 2 to 3 contracts. By the way, I also love dogs! I took care of five dogs when I was in the UAE—a pure German Shepherd, a Swiss German dog, two Pomeranians, and one local dog. I treated them like family. I used to walk the big dog at least three times a day, and I have lots of photos and videos with them.
