Hello! My name is Maribel, and I’m 39 years old. Right now, I'm in Hong Kong, where I've been working as a domestic helper for the past 2 years and 7 months with my current employer. Unfortunately, my contract is terminated and I will be released on September 7, 2026, as my employment is coming to an end. In my current role, I'm mainly a nanny, but I also handle household chores like washing the car, cooking, and shopping for groceries. Before coming to Hong Kong, I worked in Malaysia from 2012 to 2015, where I took care of a newborn until he turned 3 years old, along with doing household chores. Then from 2016 to 2018, I moved to Jordan, where I did cleaning, cooking, and cared for a 1-year-old boy. From 2019 to 2021, I worked in Taiwan as a factory worker during the week, and on weekends, I worked on a farm, cleaning houses and washing cars.
