Hello! I’m Maribeth, and I’m 51 years old. I’ve been working here in Hong Kong for almost 8 years. My first job was with a British couple and their dog, but they had to move to the U.S. After that, I worked with another British family with two kids, aged 13 and 11, and a cat, in Discovery Bay on Lantau Island. My main duty was to take care of the kids.

Now, I’m with my third employer, which is also an American family. They have 2 adults and 2 kids, aged 15 and 11. I’ve been with them for almost 4 years, and again, my main job is looking after the kids. I also do cooking, baking, laundry, ironing, shopping, and cleaning. I can make Western dishes, some basic Indian and Chinese food, as well as Filipino dishes. Cooking is one of my special skills, along with taking care of pets and teenagers. I’m not very comfortable with newborns or kids between 1-6 years old, but I am always willing to learn more and follow recipes. I consider myself trustworthy, patient, caring, and I have a strong belief in God. I really hope you will consider my application. I’m available for a face to face interview.
