Hi, I’m Marieta, and I’m 44 years old. I’ve been working as a domestic helper for almost 18 years. I worked in the United Arab Emirates as a domestic helper and nanny for four kids: a 7-year-old boy, a 5-year-old girl, a 3-year-old boy, and a newborn. My tasks included cooking, cleaning, shopping, washing, and ironing. I also took care of the kids, prepared meals, and looked after the newborn when the mom wasn’t home.

After that, I spent four years in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with one employer and a family of five - four adults and one teenager. My duties there were also cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing, and dropping off and picking up the teenager from school. Before that, I worked in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for nine years with one family of five that included two elderly and three adults. My responsibilities were cleaning, washing, ironing, cooking, and caring for the elderly.

I've been working in Hong Kong as a domestic helper for three years, with two different families. From June 2023 to 2024, I worked with a Chinese family with three members, two adults and a one-year-old girl. Currently, I’m with a Chinese-Filipino family with three members: two adults and a one-year-old boy. My tasks include cooking simple meals for the baby, cleaning, washing, ironing, and shopping. I am finishing my contract on August 12, 2026, and I’m looking for a new employer. I’d say I’m hardworking, trustworthy, and I really love kids. I’m eager to learn and can follow instructions easily.
