Mariven

Hello, my name is Mariven. I had my first job in Saudi Arabia as a household worker for a family of six. It was a couple and their four kids — two teenage girls and two little boys.

Right now, I am still working as a household worker, but for an elderly couple. They have a pretty big house, about 4,000 square feet, and I work with two other maids. My main tasks are cooking, cleaning, and helping my female employer with her needs. My contract will finish on September 23, 2026.

I can cook Arabic food and some simple Cantonese dishes. I also bake bread and cakes, and I’m good at picking up recipes from videos. I have a bit of experience caring for the elderly because I took care of my father and grandmother, both of whom had strokes. I made their meals, helped feed them through a feeding tube, changed their diapers, and gave them bed baths. I’m not an expert, but I really want to learn more. I can handle cleaning, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping. I’m also willing to take care of pets, plants, and kids if needed.
