Hello, I’m Melanie. I’m 45 years old, married, and I have two boys who are 18 and 14. I started working in Singapore from 2004 to 2006, taking care of twins who were 4 to 6 years old. My tasks included cleaning the house, organizing, ironing, doing laundry, and sometimes helping them with their homework. In 2009, I returned to the same employer to care for the twins again until 2011. From 2015 to 2018, I worked in Malaysia for a Chinese family, looking after a boy and a girl who were 4 and 2 years old. My responsibilities included ironing, laundry, cooking, cleaning the house, washing the car, and taking care of pets. Then, from 2019 to 2024, I was in Hong Kong with my first employer, who eventually moved to London. I worked for them for almost 5 years, taking care of two children aged 6 and 2. My duties were similar, focusing on the kids, helping with homework, cleaning, laundry, cooking, marketing, and managing my time well.

Now, from 2024 to 2026, I’m with my current employer here in Hong Kong, an Australian and Chinese family, taking care of one child aged 6-8 years. I’m responsible for cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing, marketing, and occasionally helping with homework or reading. My contract will finish on August 14, 2026, and I’m looking for a new employer. If you choose me to be part of your family, I promise to be hardworking, honest, and responsible. I’m eager to learn new things and can adapt easily to new environments. Being a parent has really strengthened my sense of responsibility and time management, and I take my job very seriously, always doing my best to perform my duties well.
