Melba

Hi, my name is Melba. I'm 41 years old and I have two kids, a boy and a girl, who are 20 and 18. I'm a single mom. My first job was in Kuwait where I worked for almost three years from 2017 to 2020. I took care of a couple and their two lovely kids, a boy and a girl, who were ages 4 and 6. My daily tasks included giving them baths, preparing their things and meals, getting them ready for school, and playing with them during my free time. I also read storybooks to them before bedtime, took them to their activities, and made sure to keep everything clean and hygienic. After school, my tasks included cleaning the house, doing laundry, ironing, and most importantly, keeping the kids safe. My second job was in Hong Kong. I looked after a couple and their two wonderful boys, aged 14 and 7. I prepared breakfast for them, took care of their needs, played with them at the park, maintained their hygiene, and sent their lunch to school. I also helped them with their homework after school. At home, I handled marketing, cleaning the house, laundry, cooking, and took care of our pets, Snowball the pet and lovebirds.

Currently, I have my third job in Hong Kong. I started in February 2025 up to present, where I take care of another couple and their two lovely girls, ages 4 and 8. My daily tasks include making breakfast, taking care of their needs, giving them baths, maintaining proper hygiene, and reading stories before they sleep. I play with them at the park and help them with their homework. I also drop them off and pick them up from school. At home, I manage cooking, marketing, baking, cleaning, ironing, car washing, and doing laundry, all while ensuring the house is clean and the kids are safe. Unfortunately, my current employer has decided to terminate my contract, and I will be released on August 31, 2026. Hoping to find a new employer. I consider myself hardworking, flexible, and a fast learner. I have a sense of humor, value dignity, and bring a lot of energy to my work.
