Hello! I’m Melissa, and I'm from the Philippines. I’m 47 years old, married, and I have two children: a 23-year-old son and a 16-year-old daughter. I’ve been a domestic helper for over 5 years now. I spent 2 years and 8 months working in Saudi Arabia, and now I’m in Hong Kong. I've been with my current employer for 2 years and 5 months, taking care of a family of four, a couple and their two kids, a 7-year-old girl and a 2-year-old boy. My main job is to look after the kids, which includes taking the older one to school and caring for the younger one. I also handle cooking, cleaning, and shopping for the house. Due to some personal reasons, I am planning to break my contract, but I can leave anytime once I find a new employer.
