My name is Melissa. I’m 44 years old, I’m Filipino, married, and have two grown-up kids who are 21 and 18 years old. Right now, I’m working in Hong Kong as a domestic helper, and I've been doing this for 12 years with at least two different employers. I spent 8 years with my previous employer, and I’m currently with my present employer for 3 years and 9 months. I take care of a family with two adults and two kids. My main duties include picking up and dropping off the kids, who are 8 and 13, from school and taking them to their extracurricular activities. Besides that, I do cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, and general household chores. I try to be hardworking, trustworthy, responsible, and reliable. I have a good initiative and can work independently. I’m a fast learner, always willing to learn new things, and I adapt to new routines easily. My contract will finish on January 5, 2027.
