About Me

Hi, I'm Mercy. I'm 43 years old and I'm from the Philippines. I've worked in Kuwait for 2 years, then spent 4 years in Singapore, and now I've been in Hong Kong for 3 years and 4 months with my current employer. I take care of one adult and three kids, doing housekeeping, cooking, shopping, and childcare. My employer is moving out of Hong Kong, so I will be looking for a new job starting in July 2025.

When I was in Kuwait, I would start my day at 7 a.m. I would wake the kids up and help them wash their faces, brush their teeth, and get dressed for school. The father would take them to school. The kids were ages 4 and 2 at the time. After they left, I would start my house chores like vacuuming, dusting, and mopping. I also cleaned the cage for the pet parrot.
