Good day, ma'am and sir. I'm Michelle, and I've been working here in Hong Kong for almost eight years now. My current contract finishes on January 31, 2026. I started with a Chinese family who hired me when my employer was still pregnant, and I stayed with them for four years. During that time, I learned a lot about Chinese cooking, including how to make long-boiled soup. After that, I worked for an expat family for another four years, where I got to learn about Western and European cooking and baking. I really love to cook and bake!
