Hi, I’m Mikaela. I’m 28 years old, and right now, I’m in Hong Kong working as a domestic helper. I’m with a family that has two adults and twin boys who are 1 year and 6 months old. I’ve been here for about two weeks. Before this, I worked as a local helper back in the Philippines for a year. I took care of a couple and their child, and my main duties were housekeeping and childcare. Due to personal reasons, I’m planning to break my contract and I can start with a new employer as soon as I find one.
