Hi! I’m Miles, 45 years old, with about 10 years of experience as a domestic helper. I’m currently in Hong Kong, where I’ve been with my present employer for over 2 years, caring for a family , newborn and 2 cats. My daily duties include cooking, housekeeping, and childminding.Since my employer is relocating out of Hong Kong, my contract will end on December 30, 2026, and I’ll be released on that date.

What sets me apart is my background as a naturopathy practitioner. I have deep knowledge of natural health, nutrition, and holistic wellness – which means I don’t just cook meals, I prepare balanced, health-supportive dishes tailored to individual needs (low-sugar, anti-inflammatory, immune-boosting, or age-appropriate diets). I understand how food affects energy, digestion, and overall well-being, and I enjoy sharing that care through daily meals.

I truly love caring for people and animals alike – whether it’s keeping an elderly person comfortable and engaged, preparing therapeutic meals for someone with health concerns, or walking a dog with patience and affection. I take pride in working with heart, attention to detail, and very little need for supervision.
