Hi, future employer! I’m Mirriam, and I’m 36 years old. I started my career as a domestic helper in Malaysia, where I worked for a family with three adults and one child in a two-story house. My main job was taking care of a 4-year-old girl. I also handled household chores like cleaning, gardening, ironing, laundry, and washing two cars, among other tasks. After that, I moved to Hong Kong to work for a Chinese couple with an 8-year-old daughter. There, I helped with her schoolwork, picked her up from school and activities, played with her, and did household chores, including cleaning, ironing, laundry, some cooking, and even taking care of a turtle. Later, I worked for another Chinese couple with three kids, a girl aged 8, a girl aged 6, and a boy aged 4, and they also had a cat. My responsibilities included taking care of the kids, cooking, grocery shopping, laundry, ironing, cleaning, and other household chores. Currently, I work for another Chinese couple with two boys. Unfortunately, my employer has to terminate my contract because they are moving out of Hong Kong, and I can be released on July 31, 2026. I consider myself hardworking, friendly, and patient with kids. I’m responsible and always willing to learn. I'm hoping to find a new position soon!
