Myla

Hi, my name is Myla, and I'm from the Philippines. I'm 46 years old and I have one child. I've worked in Taiwan for less than a month and spent 3 years and 5 months in China taking care of newborns, kids, and the elderly. I did cook for the family, but it wasn't my main job since I shared the cooking responsibilities with a Chinese helper who did most of it. I really enjoy being around kids and elders, which helped me feel comfortable in my role. As a mother, I’m a bit of a disciplinarian, and I carried that approach into my past work with children.

Right now, I'm in Hong Kong, where I've been working as a domestic helper for almost 4 years with my current employer, who is a couple with 3 kids. My daily tasks include housekeeping and taking care of the kids. I will finish my contract on September 30, 2026. I consider myself hardworking and patient, and I'm looking forward to finding good employers. I believe if I'm hired, I'll do my best to fulfill my responsibilities. Thank you so much!
