My name is Nelia, and I'm 60 years old. I've been working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong for 30 years. I started my current job on January 16, 2025, taking care of my employer's grandma. She is going to an elderly home in China on June 5, 2026, so they've decided to terminate my contract due to relocation. I will be released on June 20, 2026. I live with grandma and do household chores, cook, and take care of her since she is 89 years old. Before this, I worked with her son and daughter in law from June 28, 1996, to January 7, 2025. When I started with them, my employer was still pregnant, and over the years, they had two kids. We lived in a residential area. When the kids started school, I would take them and pick them up every day, and I also went to the market for groceries. I did all kinds of household chores like cooking, washing the car, walking the dogs, and gardening. I really hope to find a new employer soon. Thank you!
