Nieves

Hi there! I'm Nieves, but you can call me Yuli, which is my Chinese name given by my employer. I'm 47 years old and I've been living and working in Hong Kong for almost ten years, with the same family. They hired me on February 23, 2016. When I started, there were two adults and one child in the family, and they were expecting their second baby at that time. I really enjoy my work environment because they treat me like family, and I do the same for them. My tasks include house cleaning, marketing, grocery shopping, ironing once a week, taking care of the kids, cooking, and laundry—pretty much everything around the house. I'm a cheerful person who's hardworking and patient. I love kids, babies, and pets, especially dogs! I believe in open communication at work. If something bothers me or if I don't understand something, I'm not afraid to ask about it. I'm also eager to learn new things, as long as my future employer is willing to guide me. I truly believe that nothing is impossible when someone is willing to learn. To me, good communication between a helper and an employer is essential for a positive working atmosphere. Thank you!
