Hello! I'm Norma from the Philippines. I’m 45 years old and I've been living and working in Hong Kong for 14 years now. I have a lot of experience caring for children, the elderly, and dogs. I’ve managed large apartments for various families, including local Hongkongers, expats from Singapore, Germany, South Africa, and Canadian .Right now, I’m working for a French-Swiss family, but they will be relocating soon. I will be released on July 31, 2025. My main job there is to manage their big apartment - I handle everything from house maintenance to being in charge of the kitchen, grocery shopping, online orders, and keeping the place tidy and organized. I also plan meals, cook healthy organic food, bake, run errands, and take care of the budget for the house and food. In my previous roles, I primarily focused on looking after children in engaging ways. I would take them to their activities, social events, and playdates while ensuring their safety and hygiene. I also taught them about the importance of grooming and a healthy lifestyle, and we spent a lot of time outdoors. I supervised online classes and helped them learn proper manners, responsibility, and independence. I’m a self-starter, sensible, and proactive. I can work independently and I’m very organized. I enjoy being active, love the outdoors, and I have high standards when it comes to hygiene. I’m flexible, eager to learn new things, and open-minded. Good communication is really important to me, and I believe it helps create a harmonious working environment. I’m also passionate about cooking and baking and love to explore new cuisines, especially fusion dishes. I’d be happy to help out when you're entertaining or hosting.
