Hi, I'm Novie. I'm 28 years old and I'm from the Philippines, but right now I'm in Hong Kong. From 2021 to 2023, I worked as a helper for a Filipino family back home. Then, in August 2024, I moved to Hong Kong to work for a family of four — two adults and twin baby boys. I'm their only helper, and I handle all the household chores, cooking, and grocery shopping, while also taking care of the twins. It's been really challenging for me to manage everything, especially since I haven’t had much rest while caring for them. Keeping the house clean and tidy, along with cooking and shopping, has been tough, especially with the limited food they provide. Because of this, I’ve decided to break my contract and look for a new employer. My last working day is on July 10, 2025.
