Racquel

My name is Racquel, and I am a Filipino mother of two children. I have been living and working in Hong Kong for nearly 10 years. For six of those years, I was employed by a previous employer, during which I cared for children ranging from newborns to school age.

My current contract is set to finish on August 6, 2025. I possess a solid understanding of cleaning procedures and practices, as well as the ability to read and follow instructions accurately. I maintain a professional demeanor at all times and have developed and implemented effective behavior management strategies to minimize indiscipline and guide children towards positive behavior. I strive to encourage children to be understanding and patient with others.

Additionally, I have collaborated with parents to develop discipline programs that promote positive behavior among children. I teach essential life skills, manners, and personal hygiene, while also supporting children during play activities, meals, snacks, hygiene routines, and social interactions. I assist children with their homework assignments and projects across various subjects and supervise them as they engage in physical activities and develop social skills with their peers. I am also responsible for transporting children to and from school, medical appointments, and extracurricular activities. I consider myself trustworthy, hardworking, patient, and am always eager to learn new things.
