I have been working in Singapore as a domestic helper for 7 years with one family. They had 2 adults and 2 kids, and I was really happy working with them. My duties included taking care of the kids, playing and teaching them, doing household chores, cooking, and shopping for groceries. Unfortunately, the family relocated, so I finished my contract and returned to the Philippines.

Currently, I have been working in Hong Kong for almost 2 years, and my contract will finish on July 24, 2026. My tasks here are pretty similar to what I did in Singapore, but because Hong Kong has a faster pace of life, I’ve learned how to manage my time more efficiently, especially with the kids’ activities, while still keeping up with my chores at home. I focus a lot on childcare, household chores, and some cooking. While I’m okay with my current employer, I’m looking for a bit more privacy when I’m done with work. I’m also open to new experiences and interacting with people from different cultures to learn and grow.
