Good day, ma'am/sir. My name is Rochel, and I'm 44 years old. I'm married and have a 6-year-old daughter. I worked for my previous employer for 11 months,I had to break my contract because my mother is the one who take care of my daughter but she told me she cannot look after my daughter anymore,and my husband is working.so i told my boss about the situation and she allow me to go home Philippines for 10 days June 1st to June 10th.to see if i can do something to solve the problem.When i was there,the last 2 days of vacation sunddenly my husband lost his job.So when i cameback i tell my boss im decided to break the contract because no one will look afrer my daughter,so my boss hired a new helper and booked me a ticket.Then my husband changed his mind not to work but to look after our daughter and tell me i can continue my contract.But its too late already, My last day is on July 15.
