Rosalie

Hello! I’m Rosalie. I have been working abroad for almost 13 years now. I’m someone who is God-fearing, hardworking, and eager to learn. When I commit to a job, I give it my all. My first job was in Kuwait, where I mainly cleaned the house, took care of the cars, and helped look after the kids when they needed assistance.

My second job was in Malaysia, where I worked for a Japanese employer for 9 years. My main responsibilities included cleaning the house, doing groceries, taking their daughter to school, caring for two dogs, washing the car, and cooking. I prepared a mix of Japanese and Western dishes for them.

Some of the Japanese dishes I made are:

• Gyoza
• Tempura
• Shabu-shabu
• Oden
• Okonomiyaki
• Soup Udon

As for Western food, I cooked dishes like:

• Fresh tomato pasta
• Sweet basil pasta

• Roasted chicken
• Parmesan garlic bread
• Bruschetta
• Salads

Currently, I work for a family in Hong Kong with two kids— a 10-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. My main tasks here are picking them up and dropping them off at school and activities, cleaning the house, and cooking. I know a few Chinese dishes, and my specialties are sweet and sour pork, steamed egg, chicken honey glazed, and stir-fried vegetables.

My contract ends on June 4th, and I am looking for a new employer. I hope to find a good opportunity soon. Thank you!
