My name is Rosalinda,49 years old. I'm from the Philippines. I have over 10 years of experience as a domestic helper. I spent 3 years and 6 months in Kuwait, where I finished my contract. My duties there included cooking, cleaning, marketing, washing clothes, ironing, taking care of pets, washing the car, and gardening. I worked for a family of 7, which included 5 kids and a couple.

Here in Hong Kong, for my first employer, I served a family of 5, a couple, an elderly person, and a 6 year old child. My responsibilities included cleaning, marketing, cooking, washing clothes, ironing, taking care of the elderly during check-ups (she needed a wheelchair), and picking up and dropping off the child at school, along with helping with activities and sometimes tutoring. Unfortunately, I had to leave that job due to financial issues.

Currently, I have been with my employer for almost 4 years, and my contract will finish on November 28, 2026. I care for a couple and an older child, and my main duties include cleaning, washing clothes, ironing, marketing, and cooking.

As a person, I believe I am honest, faithful, patient, and humble. I don’t smoke or go out with friends; I mostly stay at church until I return home. I am a born-again Christian, and I work very hard. I am in good health and strong. I love my job, and I treat my employers and their children like my own family. I enjoy working and always follow the rules of my employer, respecting what they like and don’t like. I hope to have a long term relationship with my employer as long as they need me.
