Hi, I’m Serna, and I’m 43 years old. I’ve been working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong for almost 8 years now, with different employers. Right now, I’m with a family of four, which includes two kids, one is 4 years old and the other is just 9 months. My daily tasks involve making healthy meals for the baby, taking the older child to school and picking them up, organizing playdates, cleaning the house, and managing laundry and ironing.
